Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG). The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
